In Siwan, Bihar, a person was shot dead by criminals late last night over a land dispute. Actually, the deceased worked as a property dealer in Ashi Nagar locality of the city police station area. He had purchased land in Aashi Nagar locality. Then late last night he had an argument with some people regarding the wall on the ground. After this, the criminals shot the property dealer dead, causing a stampede there.
After this, with the help of local people, Seraj was admitted to Siwan Sadar Hospital for treatment. Where the team of doctors declared him dead. The deceased has been identified as Seraj Khan, resident of Tadwan village of Muffasil police station area.
According to the information, deceased Seraj Khan worked as a property dealer. He along with some of his friends had gone to his land in Aashi Nagar. Where there was a dispute over land and the criminals shot him in the chest.
According to the local people, suddenly there was a sound of firing, when we ran we saw that a stampede started. Couldn’t understand what happened. Then it was revealed that the criminals had gunned down a property dealer named Seraj Khan. After this, Seraj Khan was taken to the hospital in a blood-soaked condition, where doctors declared him dead. It is noteworthy that this is not the first case when such an incident has happened. Many murders have taken place only over land disputes.
In the case of firing, Siwan SP Amitesh Kumar said that information has been received about the death of one person due to bullet injury. In the case of land dispute, the matter of murder is coming to light. The criminals will be arrested soon.
